1 August is just around the corner -
what's next?
It's here, the big day! Be at our main entrance at 07:00 in the morning. Here you will be met by one of your trainers / supervisors.
At the beginning of your apprenticeship, you will either start with a few days in the assembly of our medical products or with a short production run to get to know the employees, products and processes. How short or long this first practical assignment is depends on when the basic metal course starts at our training partner Benteler Steel/Tube GmbH in Paderborn. The basic metal course will last around 6 months.
During your first year of training, you take part in six Azubi Fit workshops. You experience these workshops together with other technical and commercial trainees from other companies. The focus here is on your professional and personal development. Attention, the motto is "Join in!". Here, you will not be "sprinkled" with theory, but will help to shape the active exchange and learning success!
Until the end of your training, you will take part in further courses, such as exam preparation courses or job-specific further training. After all, we want to prepare and qualify you in the best possible way for your employment with us!
