Sebastian Ilsen becomes the first authorized signatory in the history of the Condor Group

Sebastian Ilsen has been part of our company for more than 13 years and has significantly driven our growth through his ideas and loyal commitment.

His start at that time as employee no. 12 shows exactly what makes him what he is as a person.

Hired as a milling cutter without an existing milling machine in the company, he professionally built up the division into a competence center of its own within a few years with a strong team.

The first external customers were added and orders became more complex.

Since 2019, he has been driving Condor 's development as a solution provider in the role of Operations Manager.

By appointing Sebastian Ilsen as an authorized signatory from 1 January 2025, we would like to express our gratitude for his loyal commitment and our confidence in his person.
