Have precision components manufactured:
ready-to-install components made in Germany.
Condor® Custom Solutions manufactures precision components in Germany – for design engineers and buyers who demand tight tolerances and documented production. Six manufacturing processes are integrated for this purpose: milling technology, wire EDM, grinding technology, additive manufacturing, surface technology, and measurement technology. In addition, we assemble individual parts into ready-to-install assemblies. We carry out the majority of the processing in our own production facility. For individual steps, we work with established partner companies in Germany that we have known for years and whose results we inspect ourselves. For you, it remains a single order: one contact person, one quote, one delivery – and the responsibility for the finished component in one place.
- Six processes from a single source
- ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified
- Series, small series, and individual parts
- Measurement report on request
- Supply chain in Germany
- Confidentiality from the start
This relieves
your procurement.
Your component goes through several processes, but you only place one order. We plan the process sequence, manage the steps involved – including those at our partners – and inspect the result before delivery. Every processing step can be documented, and your incoming inspection is correspondingly shorter.
Manufacturing from a single source
You order a component, not six individual steps. Procurement, processing, inspection, and assembly are handled via a single order.
Documented tolerances
Upon request, we record every dimension of your component in a measurement report.
Climate-controlled production
Constant temperature keeps conditions identical across all batches.
Proven quality
TÜV-tested and certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 13485.
Describe your component to us in a few lines. Your personal contact person will get in touch, coordinate the path for your drawing and, if requested, a non-disclosure agreement – only then do we exchange design data.
Finished component instead of individual process steps
In addition to processing, we provide the documentation at the same time. These points are part of the order for us:
- One contact person: Your personal contact person manages the inquiry and current order and is available for any questions.
- Two standards instead of one: With DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 13485, we also manufacture for medical technology, where documentation is more stringent.
- Series, small series, and individual parts: We manufacture series and small series as well as individual parts from a batch size of 1.
- Supply chain in Germany: Our partner companies for supplementary processes are located in Germany. Short distances, identical standards, no language barrier in coordination.
All processes from a single source:
from material procurement to the assembly.
For your precision component, we already handle the material procurement and deliver the assembled unit. The following processes are available for this:
In milling technology, we work, among other things, on automated 5-axis machining centers from Hermle with robot handling – this keeps series running in the machine even overnight. You can find a complete overview of the systems used in our machinery overview with a detailed machine list.
Integrated
process planning.
All processes are included in a single production plan. This particularly affects components that go through several processing steps.
- Simple and complex geometries: From simple fitting parts to multi-axis milled free-form surfaces, your components run through the same coordinated process chain.
- Dimensional chains across several processes: Your drawing specifies reference surfaces and fit dimensions. We determine the sequence and the fixtures with which they are reliably achieved across all processing steps.
- Manufacturability consulting: We check your drawing with regard to material, tolerances, and process sequence and develop the solution together with you.
Which materials are used?
We machine and erode metals and process technical plastics, both conventionally and additively. Which material is suitable for the respective precision component depends on the load during use and the chosen process.
Tool steel, hardened steel, stainless steel – for components with high strength, wear resistance, or corrosion resistance.
Aluminum – lightweight, easy to machine, and corrosion-resistant; the standard material for weight-sensitive components.
Copper, brass – highly conductive and with good sliding properties, frequently used for electrodes and precision parts.
Carbide, titanium and titanium alloys, tungsten and tungsten-copper – for extreme requirements regarding strength, weight, or wear resistance, such as in aerospace or medical technology.
Technical plastics for machining; PA 12 for additive manufacturing using the SLS process.
Note: The choice of material depends on the process. Wire EDM requires an electrically conductive material, regardless of its degree of hardness. In milling, machinability limits the selection; in additive manufacturing, it is the available powder material. We clarify special materials based on your drawing.
Inspected dimensions,
documented results.
We inspect your component throughout the entire process and document the results. This way, you know what you are receiving before the goods arrive.
- Measurement report on request: If you order a measurement report, we will hand it over together with the components.
- First article inspection: Before starting series production, we inspect the first precision component and compare it with your drawing.
- In-house inspection: We check dimensions and surfaces using our own measurement technology, without external inspection service providers.
- Confidentiality from the start: We do not pass your drawings and CAD data on to third parties. Upon request, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send us documents.

Inquire about precision components:
it is faster with these details.
A few details are sufficient for the initial inquiry: which component it is, the quantity, and the target date. If there are already specifications regarding tolerances or the surface, please feel free to mention them. You do not need to submit your drawing at this stage. Your personal contact person will get in touch and coordinate with you on how to send us the drawing or CAD data set. We treat your documents confidentially and do not pass them on to third parties; upon request, we will sign a non-disclosure or data protection agreement before transmission. We then start the calculation and provide you with a quote and delivery date.
Frequently asked questions about precision components
Precision components are parts that adhere to tight dimensional and geometric tolerances so that they fit reliably in an assembly and fulfill their function. They are made from metal or technical plastics, sometimes as a combination of both materials. Every dimension is checked against the drawing. They are required where fit and repeatability determine the function of the entire assembly.
The costs depend on the individual component; there is no flat rate. The material has the greatest influence, as carbide and high-alloy steels cause higher material and processing costs than aluminum. Complex free-form surfaces and fine internal contours extend the processing time, and tighter tolerances additionally increase the effort in processing and inspection. For larger batches, the setup effort is distributed over more parts. If surface finishing or assembly is added, these steps also add to the cost. A reliable statement is provided by the calculation of your component based on the drawing.
Precision components and precision parts refer to the same thing. The industry speaks of precision mechanics or fine mechanics when components are manufactured in the range of a few hundredths of a millimeter and then assembled into units. Precision engineering is the umbrella term for the processes used to create such components.
Condor® Custom Solutions processes aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, titanium, carbide, tungsten, and technical plastics into precision components, and additionally PA 12 in additive manufacturing. The company clarifies special materials based on your drawing.
Condor® Custom Solutions manufactures series and small series and also handles prototypes and individual parts from a batch size of 1. The manufacturing strategy used depends on the quantity and the component.
You will receive a measurement report if you order it with the project; it will then be handed over together with the components. Before starting series production, Condor® Custom Solutions also performs a first article inspection.
Condor® Custom Solutions carries out the vast majority of the processing in its own production facility. For supplementary processes such as turning or coating, the company works with established partner companies in Germany and inspects the results before delivery. You still receive the service from a single source: one order, one contact person, one delivery.
Condor® Custom Solutions manufactures precision components in Germany and delivers nationwide. Its own production facility is located in North Rhine-Westphalia, and supplementary processing steps are handled by long-standing partner companies, also in Germany.
