Condor ModuNest®

Precision meets efficiency

The future of precision component manufacturing

With the Condor ModuNest® universal die, you can optimize your production processes sustainably. The intelligent combination of software-supported planning and modular assembly makes optimum use of the space on the pallet. This allows you to achieve maximum capacity utilization - with minimum effort.

The universal die is ideal for companies that:

  • high demands on precision and process reliability,
  • want to make better use of their production capacities,
  • want to minimize set-up time and save costs,
  • value sustainability in production.

The advantages at a glance:

With the Condor ModuNest® universal die , you can rely on a solution that not only makes your processes more efficient, but also more flexible. So you can always stay one step ahead in a dynamic market.

The Condor ModuNest® consists of three components:

The software creates the appropriate placement plan for the order.

The softwareCondor ModuNest® Software) efficiently supports users in the precise placement of clamping components. After selecting the pallet size and entering the blank dimensions, the software automatically adopts the optimum arrangement and generates a preview of the assembled die - all in just a few clicks.

The base serves as a die for placing the blanks. It is available in various sizes - adapted to the appropriate HERMLE machine.

The 3D components (Condor ModuNest® Clamps) are positioned flexibly on the perforated grid plate (Condor ModuNest® Base) according to the plan created in the software. The raw parts can then be placed between the clamps accordingly.

The clamps serve as components for optimally arranging the raw parts on the breadboard in accordance with the assembly plan.

Various 3D building blocks (Condor ModuNest® Clamps) are available in different dimensions. The respective bricks can be used to place components that vary in 10 mm increments in the X and Y directions. Each color stands for different intermediate dimensions in either the X or Y direction.

This is how it works:

Three simple steps to the result

1. select base

Choose the right Condor ModuNest® Base depending on the type of robot you are using.

2. enter blank dimensions

The dimensions of your blanks are entered into the software. With just one click, the system creates a placement plan on the die that optimizes the use of space.

3. equip the die

The universal formliner is precisely fitted with clamping blocks based on the plan - quickly, efficiently and with a perfect fit.
