Interested pupils get a taste of the corporate world at the Condor Group

School - and then? This question is on the minds of many pupils. After all, choosing a career path is not an easy task for most of them. After all, you don't really know what to expect in a company.

The "SchuBS® - School and Company on Saturday" project initiated by InnoZent OWL e.V. has been offering 9th and 10th grade students in the Paderborn district the opportunity to get to know various professional fields directly and practically in a company since 2008. This allows participants to gain professional experience during the project and even before they leave school.

The Condor Group is once again part of this valuable project in 2025 and once again welcomed two groups of participants to its headquarters in Salzkotten. This year, companies have once again joined forces and initiated an exciting project for the SchuBS groups. The participants were allowed to build and assemble their own games console step by step on Saturdays at the companies.

In this way, they not only got to know the companies, but were also able to experience the content of the presented career paths in everyday practice by carrying out the required activities themselves.
