One hundred thousand new "employees" for the Condor Group
Next product innovation: The Condor Honey
In April, the Condor Group got about 100,000 new "employees". Two bee colonies now manage the surrounding green spaces, as well as those of the Group and the company-owned kindergarten.
The honey bee is one of the most important landscape animals and pollinates 75 per cent of all crops and plants in Europe. It is vital for a rich diversity of plants and a healthy ecosystem. However, the number of bees in Germany has been decreasing for years, which is why we as a company want to counteract bee mortality.
Of course, keeping the bee colonies also has another positive aspect - the first Condor honey is already eagerly awaited.
