In order to retain and attract specialists and managers, earnings and career opportunities are no longer enough today. Employers who allow flexible working time models, a company child card or even teleworking can score points with their family-friendliness. This also includes the Condor Group, where a corporate culture is lived that honestly and authentically ensures the compatibility of career and family.

The 13-member jury evaluated the participating companies in the categories "Flexibilisation of working hours and place of work", "Service and support offers", "Personnel and organisational development", "Corporate culture" and "Information and communication". During an on-site visit and after interviews with management, HR managers and employees, the jury assessed the family-conscious commitment of the companies.
