Condor Group becomes a participant in the state program "Work & Care Compatibility in North Rhine-Westphalia"

Balancing work and family life is a challenge for many people - especially when it comes to caring for relatives. Such care situations often arise unexpectedly and require both time and emotional resources. In North Rhine-Westphalia alone, around 700,000 employees care for relatives, partners or friends in addition to their job. This double burden is a major challenge for many.
As a family-friendly company, the Condor Group takes responsibility for responding to social changes and the needs of employees with care responsibilities. By signing the charter on the compatibility of work and care, we are sending a strong signal for the support of our employees and the better integration of professional and family obligations.
A central element of the state program is the training of employees as so-called care guides. These act as the first point of contact in the company and offer colleagues support with questions relating to care. Together, they create solutions to better combine professional and care requirements. We have already successfully completed the first care guide training course with Anja Meermeyer, Head of HR at the Condor Group.
"Family-friendly working conditions are no longer an option, but a necessity. As a family business, we attach great importance to a corporate culture that supports and strengthens employees in all situations. The use of a care guide is a valuable tool for providing guidance and support in challenging times," emphasizes Ira Fecke-Schulte, Managing Partner of Condor Group GmbH.
Our aim is to create working conditions that make it easier for all employees to combine work and care.
